The "Cardinal's Inn" is a play on words: Cardinal sin. This is a song about spouses who show up so often to the same seedy motel that it's taken on a different name. It could work in any genre. It's a little on the upbeat side, the way I wrote it.

Alone With Myself is a lyric about feeling comfortable in your own skin, within your thoughts.

Destinations is a mysterious lyric about life, death, consciousness. Open to interpretation.

Time for a hero is a lyric about the world in crisis. Will anyone step forward to save us? Can we do it ourselves, together and strong?

Topic(s): It works in a team/relationship, even if sometimes it looks like giving up on our own selves. Permanent self doubts ending in harmonic optimism. Atmosphere: fast, happy, euphoric, to pogo or dance on, breaking through, pushing forward, eventually scream, loud, wild Genre/Style I was thinking of: Indi-Pop, Singer/Songwriter, Indi-Electronic, Alternative, Alternative Rock Artist(s) I was thinking of: Friska Viljor, Phil Might Leave, Mando Diao, Kings of Leon, Ezra Furman, Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand, Milky Chance... Comments: Typical pop structure. Pre-Chorus & Outro. Outro can come fluently after the chorus & can be repeated multiple times, so that phrases will sound the opposite way around: It works out if we believe, in same rhythms, that we breathe..... So, it can end on "breathe".
